Governance at OneGlobe
The governing body of OneGlobe is the Board of Directors (BOD). The responsibilities of the Board of Directors are described in the Governance Charter and include setting the mission and strategic goals and ensuring the institution meets its legal, regulatory and financial obligations.
The Academic Board (AB) – Under delegation from the BOD, the Academic Board is accountable for academic governance and has primary responsibility for the quality of the academic operations of OneGlobe;
The Principal Executive Officer (PEO) – The BOD delegates responsibility for the management of OneGlobe to the PEO who is generally responsible for the conduct of OneGlobe’s affairs in all matters.

The OneGlobe Master of Business Administration (MBA) is a proposed two-year full-time program (subject to TEQSA accreditation approval) comprising sixteen subjects including a nested Graduate Certificate in Business Administration and Graduate Diploma in Business Administration.
The nested qualification structure of the proposed Master Of Business Administration responds directly to these trends by providing multiple points of entry and progression while maintaining clear academic standards and alignment with workforce capability needs.
The Graduate Certificate in Business Administration (GCBA) provides an accessible postgraduate entry point for students seeking foundational business capability or supported transition into postgraduate study.

Entry to the Master Of Business Administration normally requires a recognised bachelor degree in any discipline. Applicants without a recognised bachelor degree who can demonstrate approved business and management experience which would give us confidence that they could succeed may gain admission to the Graduate Certificate. Success in the Graduate Certificate can lead to enrolment in the Graduate Diploma with credit for subjects completed and then full enrolment in the Master Of Business Administration

Student Representative Council
The Institute will establish a Student Representative Council to provide advice regarding student experience. The members of the Student Representative Council will have direct access to the Student Services Manager and the Dean. The Student Representative Council may issue recommendations to the Dean and/or Student Services Manager for consideration by the Senior Management Team.
Trimester Dates
The trimesters will begin in February, May, and September. Final dates for enrolment and the start and end of teaching will be advised to all students in advance of the start of teaching.
Census Date: Each semester has a published census date. The census date is typically two weeks after the start of teaching and is the final deadline to finalise your unit enrolment or withdraw from a subject without incurring financial debt or academic penalties.

Confirmation of Enrolment (CoE)
A Confirmation of Enrolment (CoE) will only be issued after:

- Satisfaction of entry conditions
Tuition Protection
Tuition protection arrangements will apply in accordance with Australian Government requirements (subject to registration and approval).
Education Agents

As part of study planning students should consider:

Accommodation
Students are responsible for arranging their own accommodation. Options include:

- Shared accommodation

Health Care
International students must:

Schooling for Dependants
Students with school-aged dependants may be required to:
- Enrol children in school

Application and Admission
Selection and Admission Criteria
Admission is based on:
- Meeting minimum academic requirements
- Meeting English language requirements
- Submission of required documentation
- Assessment of suitability for postgraduate study
Where applications exceed available places, selection may be based on academic merit and/or professional experience.
OneGlobe has three main intake trimesters per year (February, May and September). You can start your study in any of these trimesters.
Applications should be made at least three months prior to the preferred enrolment date. Late applications are accepted but entry cannot be guaranteed.

International students should allow plenty of time to organise their Australian student visa before the start of teaching.
Required Documents- original or certified academic evidence that demonstrates that you satisfy the entry requirements for the qualification you have applied for.
This includes, but is not limited to, official transcripts, records of results, graduation certificates- certified copy of a valid passport for international students
- proof of English language proficiency if required
- official translations for documents not issued in English. (All official documents in any language other than English must be accompanied by an official translation into English bearing the stamp and signature of a certified translator.
- additional documents required if applying for recognition of prior learning (academic credit or advanced standing).
- original or certified academic evidence that demonstrates that you satisfy the entry requirements for the qualification you have applied for.
- Application Outcome
For successful applicants OneGlobe will issue a Letter of Offer, Conditional Letter of Offer or Letter of Refusal within 10 working days.
To accept an offer into the course applicants must follow the requirements specified in the Letter of Offer.
Applicants with an offer of admission who wish to defer the start date of their course must contact OneGlobe and follow the required procedure (link to policy here). - Accept Your Offer
All international students are required to satisfy the Australian government’s Genuine Student (GS) requirements.
A Confirmation of Enrolment (CoE) will only be issued upon meeting the following:- Satisfying conditions of entry
- Signed and dated Acceptance of Offer and Written Agreement
- Satisfy the Genuine Student (GS) criteria
- Applicable deposit fees paid.

Academic Entry Requirements
Master Of Business Administration
- Bachelor degree (AQF Level 7) or equivalent
OR - Successful completion of the Graduate Diploma in Business Administration
Graduate Diploma in Business Administration
- Bachelor degree or equivalent
OR - Graduate Certificate in Business Administration
OR - AQF Level 6 qualification + 2 years relevant experience
Graduate Certificate in Business Administration
- Bachelor degree
OR - 3+ years managerial experience
OR - 5+ years general work experience
Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL)
Applicants who can demonstrate successful completion of equivalent subjects or the equivalent learning outcomes gained through practical may be eligible for credit towards study OneGlobe.
Applicants may apply for credit for prior study or work experience in accordance with the Credit and RPL Policy.
- A maximum of 50% of the course may be credited as credit
- Applications require supporting documentation to demonstrate equivalence of learning level and learning outcomes
Pathways
Students without prior degree study but with substantial work experience may seek enrolment in the Graduate Certificate in Business Administration. The Graduate Certificate is contained within the nested Master Of Business Administration qualification structure and serves as an alternative pathway to Master Of Business Administration study. The nested program sequence is:
- Graduate Certificate → Graduate Diploma → Master Of Business Administration
Full credit in the Master Of Business Administration is granted for completed lower awards of Graduate Certificate in Business Administration and Graduate Diploma in Business Administration
